Ticket responses retrieved through this program are provided by participating utility owners and/or their authorized agents. Please note: Electronic Positive Response is a voluntary action for utility members, and not all utility members participate in the program. If a utility member does not post a response to your ticket through the electronic positive response program, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have received a response from the utility member before beginning excavation work (paint markings in the field, email confirmation, phone confirmation, etc).
